Deputy Secretary Simon delivered the keynote address at the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA) Edge Lecture: No Child Left Behind — Partnership for Learning in the United States. In his remarks, he highlighted the successes of No Child Left Behind in the U.S. and discussed the role of the Federal government in supporting and facilitating academic gains in America’s schools.
