Ripon College’s Lane Library invites applications for an Assistant Librarian, Resource Services, beginning August 2008. This is a full-time (12 month) non tenure track faculty position.The successful candidate will oversee the Interlibrary Loan and Serials Departments. Shared duties include providing reference services, teaching information literacy skills to classes, collection development and participation in the library’s shared governance structure. Required: ALA accredited MLS or equivalent. Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work in a collaborative environment.Preferred: Teaching experience and familiarity with CLIO, ODDESSEY, OCLC and Innovative Interfaces software.
