President Designates Stephanie Johnson Monroe Acting Assistant Secretary for Legislative and Congressional Affairs

President George W. Bush today announced his intention to designate Stephanie Johnson Monroe to be Acting Assistant Secretary for Legislation and Congressional Affairs at the U.S. Department of Education. The White House today released a brief statement.
